Comments: I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonably priced bus with good customer service.
For a company outing, our drivers arrived 10 minutes before the agreed upon time. They waited patiently as our large group loaded, and then waited more as people ran on and off to grab things they had forgotten.
The buses were a pleasant surprise- extremely clean, with new looking leather seats.
At the end of the night, we were actually ready to go a bit early, and the drivers had no problem getting there to take us back.
I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the drivers and the overall experience. The only thing I would have changed would be to have faster responses to emails from the main office- it seems like phone is the best way to reach them.

Comments: United Coach Tours was fantastic. We had a large group of high school girls and thier moms which was difficult at times to coordinate. Our driver Eric was patient and accomadating at all times. We also had one ride with Ding who was also very patient with the loud crazy girls!Overall a great experience with a fantastic price! I recieved 6 quotes for our trip and United was considerably less than all of them. We will for sure use again next year!

Comments: Excellent service at very competitive prices. David, our driver, always arrived at pick-ups well in advance. He proved to be patient and flexible always knowing itineraries foreseen and new. Coaches were not new but very clean and well preserved. Strongly recommended!

Comments: I am writing to tell you that all went exceedingly well yesterday. David arrived at the Manzanita Park-N-Ride on time despite the miserable weather. He was very pleasant and professional. Our only concern was that he took #101 South to get to Stanford rather than #280. It took longer as the road was totally backed up and there were times when we were at a complete stop. However, we were only a few minutes behind schedule so it worked out well. Coming back was faster as he took #280.
We would definitely use your company again for any group travel destinations in the Bay area. The coach was clean, comfortable and provided a very smooth ride. It was a huge relief not to have to drive – especially with the weather being so bad.

Comments: Our daughter was married in September in San Francisco. Being from out of town, we relied on friends' advice and Yelp reviews. We used a United Coach shuttle for a trip to Napa, 3 big buses for the wedding,and 3 big buses were used for the rehearsal dinner. Larry was a tremendous help as he handled all the arrangements and details for each event. On the day before, we were told the names of the drivers, who were all very professional and polite. The buses were clean and always on time and as an added bonus, the price was right! We would use them again and would definitely recommend them

Comments: I arranged a one day trip for about 45 people from Fremont to Yosemite. The bus was on time. The driver, William was very professional, helpful and accomodating. Comments: I arranged a day of wine tasting in Somoma for a group of 20+. I was pulling my hair out trying to find a fairly priced shuttle/coach service for the day. Before stumbling on United Coach Tours (thank you Yelp), I had spoken to over a dozen companies and repeatedly ran into incredibly high rates, bait and switch tactics, and hidden fees. UCT provided great service at a very reasonable rate. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience from start to finish. Winne and Larry were highly responsive and accommodating during the planning process and our driver David was extremely gracious. The group had an awesome time and I didn't have to break the bank

Comments: United Coach Tours once again deserves high marks for excellent service. We contracted for our second field trip, this year from San Francisco to Sacramento. Gary, our driver, was punctual and did an excellent job of navigating to four separate historic sights in the State Capitol. The coach was comfortable and spotless. UTC is highly recommended.
