Comments: I chartered a bus for a group of friends to attend a recovery convention in Los Angeles. It was a 3 day trip. The driver was very accommodating and friendly. The bus was larger than I had rented, which was nice because it gave many members of the group room to stretch out. We had a great time and even though I didn't do any price shopping to know if United is most cost effective, I am sure our group will use them again next year because of the ease of execution of the itinerary. Kudos to our driver Tim and to Winne at the office who handled all of the planning correspondence.

Comments: I had a Great Experience with United Coach Tours. Larry was really helpedfull since the begging. The buses arrived 15 min. early and the drivers were great. We got to our destination 1/2 hour earlier! Buses are in great shape and very clean. I highly recommend this company for your next trip!

Comments: Excellent service! I used UCT to transport a school group with a mini-bus as there were 20 passengers. Everyone fit comfortably along with all of our luggage in the back. The bus was clean and comfortable for our 4 hours ride. Our bus driver (Eric) arrived on time to pick us up from school and got us to our destination safely! We did hit an area requiring snow chains and the bus driver took care of it all with great ease and got us to our destination on time (despite the weather conditions)! Excellent service with excellent prices; I can’t thank you enough!!! I would definitely use them again and know that you can trust UCT to take care of their passengers as they took superb care of my middle school students on a 4 hour bus ride. Also, he stopped for lunch which was great so the students could get off and stretch and grab a bite to eat… Again, he still got us there on time and drove safely the entire way which was impressive! Thank you so much!

Comments: During January this year we brought a school group from Australia to San Francisco for a major school excursion. Having run this trip previously, and used United Coach Tours, there was no question about who would be providing us transport this year. Winne and Larry are extremely easy to deal with at the office, and our driver Gary was absolutely fantastic. Extremely obliging and was practically an honorary member of our group by the end of the trip! Highly recommended.

Comments: I had a great experience working with UCT. We used them for two events - our holiday party that required five large buses & also a smaller team event to Sonoma where we rented one minibus.
I was particularly impressed during our outing to Sonoma, as I discovered very early the morning of departure that the bus did not have wi-fi. Though it was not even 6am yet, our driver David responded promptly and went out of his way to contact his boss, who opened the office before business hours so we could pick up a wi-fi box on our way north. The drive ended up being 4+ hours long due to traffic, and without wi-fi, our international team members would not have been able to get online at all. It was a much-appreciated gesture, and I've recommended UCT for their prices and service several times since.
The holiday party also went off without a hitch. Very nice and flexible company to work with. Thanks, UCT!
