Comments: Our daughter was married in September in San Francisco. Being from out of town, we relied on friends' advice and Yelp reviews. We used a United Coach shuttle for a trip to Napa, 3 big buses for the wedding,and 3 big buses were used for the rehearsal dinner. Larry was a tremendous help as he handled all the arrangements and details for each event. On the day before, we were told the names of the drivers, who were all very professional and polite. The buses were clean and always on time and as an added bonus, the price was right! We would use them again and would definitely recommend them

Comments: I arranged a one day trip for about 45 people from Fremont to Yosemite. The bus was on time. The driver, William was very professional, helpful and accomodating. Comments: I arranged a day of wine tasting in Somoma for a group of 20+. I was pulling my hair out trying to find a fairly priced shuttle/coach service for the day. Before stumbling on United Coach Tours (thank you Yelp), I had spoken to over a dozen companies and repeatedly ran into incredibly high rates, bait and switch tactics, and hidden fees. UCT provided great service at a very reasonable rate. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience from start to finish. Winne and Larry were highly responsive and accommodating during the planning process and our driver David was extremely gracious. The group had an awesome time and I didn't have to break the bank

Comments: United Coach Tours once again deserves high marks for excellent service. We contracted for our second field trip, this year from San Francisco to Sacramento. Gary, our driver, was punctual and did an excellent job of navigating to four separate historic sights in the State Capitol. The coach was comfortable and spotless. UTC is highly recommended.

Comments: This is the second year we've used United Coach Tours. Our drivers Ma and William were great with our two busloads of 8th graders to Great America. The price is great, the service is great, and we'll be using United again next year!!!!

Comments: Coming from Chicago, we were nervous about choosing a bus company in the Bay Area but UCT was great! They waited for us when we were running a little late and were prompt on picking up the students and bringing them to their destination. They also have great customer service and responded to my many, many emails quickly and efficiently.

Comments: It was my son's birthday and we were on our way to Oracle Arena for a basketball game. Raymond was our driver and he was very nice and accommodating. He arrived early and was very patient with our guests. We all had a wonderful time on the bus as it was a smooth ride going to the arena and back home. I definitely recommend booking though United Coach Tours as not only do they offer competitive prices, but great customer service.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. My guest will never forget the "cool" bus we rode on.

Comments: Back in Nov. of 2010, after much shopping around, I chose United Coach for my Birthday Party Bus.. By far Larry with UCT's gave me a price to beat out the other 6 quotes I recieved. They arn't even located in my area. Our driver was friendly and prompt. He put up with the loud party behavior or my guests and got us to the party and home safe and on time! All in all... they did a great job and I plan to use them in the futer.
